Welcome to the International and Worldwide shipping section of LLTeK’s website.
The information on this page will make purchasing and shipping easier for international customers who reside anywhere outside of North America. LLTeK wants to provide you, our international customer, with a sense of  confidence and modicum of comfort. LLTeK can ship body kit styling products for your Audi, Porsche, Volkswagen, BMW or Mercedes-Benz to any part of the world. Just let us know what you would like and where you would like it ship to be shipped. Our special international desk  is ready to help you with pricing, shipping and logistics (export@lltek.com).

EASY STEPS FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
Tell us about your car and what you would like to do.

 

 1) You can e-mail your request directly to our international export desk.  Please be very specific with your request.
 2) Please provide us with your exact shipping address (for shipping quotation).
 3) Tell us your e-mail address
 4) Tell us your telephone number with country code
 5) Tell us the model of your car
 6) Tell us the year of your car
 7) Tell us the motor size in your car
 8) Tell us if the motor is gas or diesel
 9) Identify if the transmission is automatic or manual, front wheel drive or quattro.

LLTeK will e-mail you back
LLTeK’s Export Department will send you a prompt reply to your e-mail request. It could take a few e-mails back and forth to finalize the requested parts but this is important to ensure no mistakes.  All prices shown on LLTeK's website and quoted over the telephone are expressed in U.S. dollars. All transfers and money payments made to LLTeK must be in U.S. dollars. LLTeK will provide you with a quotation of the exact U.S. Dollar amount to be transferred.

You can always call LLTeK on the telephone and ask for the Export Division.  International customers can dial 001 514 733 6333.  Please remember our time zone is GMT minus 5 hours and is the same time zone as New York.  We are not open on Saturday and Sunday.  Our location is Canada and USA on the East Coast.

Payment to LLTeK
Payment for international orders is very easy. LLTek will e-mail you a final amount with a detailed listing of all of your parts. It is then up to you to go to your bank and arrange a bank transfer.  A bank transfer is a very fast and safe way to send us your payment.  Please read the directions below.  You can easily print the transfer document and take it with you to your bank or your bank can print it as well. The document will help your bank with the transfer. Ask the bank to fax a copy of the transfer to us. Our international fax number is 001 514 735 6275.  By doing this we will prepare the order prior to receiving the actual funds which can take from 1 to 3 days.
