Of special note is the fact that for the S5 and the A5 S-Line which has the appearance of the S5, there are two unique design models of front spoilers for the USA and Canada market, both supplied by LLtek. For the European market, due to minor bumper design variations, they will have their own fitting versions that look the same. For the rear valance there are again specific fitting models for USA and Canada versus Europe and ROW (rest of world). The 4 pipe (quad high performance mufflers) are pricey but sound wonderful with their deep throaty tone with a reasonable and not overly loud decibel level. Performance gains with the exhaust are very noticeable. Also note that several styling parts are available in a high quality carbon look finish. This carbon fiber look is a great extra styling touch for a modest extra charge. A nice trick set-up is to order the side skirts with the carbon fiber look and to paint the side skirt face leaving the inset section in the carbon look. The contrast is very classy and screams technical. Match this carbon look to the optional carbon look splitter and rear carbon look valance. |

You might wonder about the two separate designs for the front lip spoilers. Here is the explanation. The full one piece lip spoiler stretches across the entire width of the car. Note that the Audi horizontal center section is match painted and covers the Audi black horizontal bar. With this version there is a further choice of an optional center splitter in either matt black ABS or carbon fiber look for a far more technical and interesting presentation. The alternative set-up is two individual lip spoilers sitting at each corner. These two pieces are slightly less costly and because they are smaller, the shipping cost is also reduced. But with this choice you cannot have the center splitter and you cannot cover the Audi horizontal bar. The design style of the corner lips are the exact same for the single spoiler versus the two piece corner left and right spoilers. |
