LLTEK Motorsports specifically endorses and adheres to this privacy statement in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to privacy. The following discloses our policy concerning LLTEK's customers and THEIR privacy when using this website, WWW.LLTEK.COM
LLTEK will never share information about you without your permission (unless required by law).

IP addresses of visitors to our Web site are useful to help diagnose problems with our server and to administer our Web site. IP addresses are also used to compile general demographic information. We will not attempt to identify individual users through their IP addresses.

Do we use "cookies"?
Yes. Cookies are small files that a site or its service provider transfers to your computer's hard drive through your Web browser (if you allow) that enables the site's or service provider's systems to recognize your browser and capture and remember certain information. For instance, cookies are used to remember and process the items in shopping carts. They are used to help us understand your preferences based on previous or current site activity, which enables us to provide you with improved services. We also use cookies to help us compile aggregate data about site traffic and site interaction so that we can offer better site experiences and tools in the future. We may contract with third-party service providers to assist us in better understanding our site visitors. These service providers are not permitted to use the information collected on our behalf except to help us conduct and improve our business. Order Forms
Our site uses an order form for customers to request information and services and purchase products. We collect visitors' contact information (like their names and email addresses). In the event the customer is making a purchase, we will also require additional financial and billing information (like credit card, shipping address, telephone, etc.). Contact information from the order form is used to ship orders. Users may opt in and grant their permission for us to use their contact information to send them information about our company and promotional material from some of our partners. Users may opt out of receiving future mailings at any time.

Surveys
Our online surveys ask visitors for contact information (like their names and e-mail addresses). With the user's permission, we use contact data from our surveys to send the user information about our company, products and promotional material. If the user chooses to allow us, we may also send mail with special offers.
With the user's permission, demographic and profile data (like zip code, age or income level) is also collected from our surveys. We aggregate this information eliminating personally identifiable information in the process. Aggregate information only is shared with advertisers. We will not share personally identifiable information without the user's permission.
We will also use this information to tailor the offers we make to users who have given us permission, but we do not link users' personal contact information to the general demographic information we collect. Users may opt in to receiving information or opt out of receiving future mailings.

Registration Information
When a user registers, we collect certain contact information (like email address and first and last name) that will be used to verify the user's eligibility for services and upgrades, provide services like technical support and verify a user's identity in the case of a lost registration code. This information may also be used to contact the user.

Site Usage Statistics
Certain information like current operating system, monitor bit depth and size, version and mode of web browser. This information is used to serve content that looks good and is appropriate and compatible with users' systems. Many IP addresses are commonly associated with Internet service providers, universities, or major corporations in specific regions or localities. The only information used in the site usage analysis is the data about the geographic region from which the user's computer is contacting the Internet. Absolutely no personal information (e-mail address, address of residence, demographics, etc.) is revealed to LLTEK or our advertisers in these situations.

Do we disclose the information we collect to outside parties?
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information unless we provide you with advance notice, except as described below. The term "outside parties" does not include our business. It also does not include website hosting partners and other parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others' rights, property, or safety. However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.

Other Information
We also collect, from a small percentage of users who have authorized us to do so, information on www.lltek.com usage (like features used) and Internet connection time. This does not contain actual data entered by the user. Any identifying information gathered is immediately separated from this information, so that we have no idea whose usage pattern we have.

Updates to this Privacy Statement
While we will never change our fundamental commitment to protecting user privacy, regulatory changes or other circumstances may require us to modify this Privacy Statement. In the event that we do amend this Statement, we will post the amended Statement on our website at http://www.lltek.com/privstat.htm, and the amended Statement will be effective 15 days after it is first posted.

Note to Customers Concerning Our Policies and Procedures
Please read this policy carefully. It is designed to inform customers of certain policies and procedures concerning warranties, product damage and returns.

Importantant Pricing Policy :All prices shown on LLTEK's website and quoted over the telephone are expressed in U.S. funds unless otherwise stated.

1. Warranties:
Any warranty on product purchased from LLTek rests with the manufacturer of that product and is limited in obligation to the original purchaser only. Warranty issues are to be worked out between the manufacture and the customer. LLTek will assist in any way it can, when and if warranty issues do arise. Unless stated, all items are warranted for 30 days after the purchase date, and cover manufacturing defects only. Any cost of packaging and return shipping charges of any product for warranty claims, to and from LLTek, is the sole responsibility of the customer (inclusive of any direct or indirect shipping costs, taxes, tariffs, duties, custom's clearance or any other auxiliary charges). Any product that is abused, altered in any way or damaged by use, will not be covered by any warranty. In no event shall the liability, if any, exceed LLTek's cost of the product.

2. Returns and Return Merchandise Authorizations:
In the event merchandise must be returned to LLTek; the customer must first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (or RMA), in advance of the return. RMA numbers will only be issued for bona-fide reasons. Any product that has been used or installed cannot be returned. Certain information will be required by LLTek in order to obtain an RMA number, so please have your invoice in front of you when calling to obtain an RMA number. This pre-authorized RMA number MUST be clearly shown on the exterior of package and must be clearly visible. In addition, a copy of your invoice must be included with the return. Once an RMA number has been issued, the customer will be given specific shipping instructions for the return. RMA numbers shall only be granted within 5 calendar days of the product being received by the customer. Once an RMA number has been issued, the customer must return the merchandise to LLTek within 10 calendar days; after which the RMA will expire, and the return will no longer be valid. Any product returned to LLTek that does not show a pre-authorized RMA number on the exterior of the package will be refused at our warehouse door. The customer must return the merchandise to the address indicated below; otherwise the RMA will not be honored. Return merchandise with RMA # shown on exterior of the box directly to:

A restocking fee of a minimum of 28% of the full selling price of the item will be applied to all returned products unless the product is covered under a warranty claim. No refunds will be given on services provided; such as painting of ordered products, as said services are requested and specified by the customer at the time of order placement. A 40% restocking fee will be applied to any part that has been painted and returned under an authorized RMA. Shipping and related charges associated with returning a product to LLTek are not refundable. The customer is fully responsible for the cost of return shipping, any duty, brokerage fees, governmental taxes or any other charges that may apply to returned merchandise. The product must be returned in its original, undamaged packaging; in original working order, and not used nor installed on the vehicle nor damaged. If any of the preceding conditions do exist, the minimum restocking fees will be increased to as much as 100% to cover any of these additional costs. In any event, any credit accrued to the customer shall be used for the purchase of alternative merchandise within 10 days following receipt by LLTek. The customer must call within this time period to select alternate merchandise.


Any item purchased by a customer at sales or discounted prices cannot be returned.

3. Special Orders: deposits, reservations, special discounts, return fees and refunds
Certain special products are not continuously stocked by LLTek. Requests for these items are considered "special orders". This means the part is imported into North America (and prepaid by us) from Europe or elsewhere specifically for you, the customer, because of your specific request. In these cases, a minimum 50% prepayment for the part is required and the amount also becomes a non-refundable deposit. Should the order be cancelled prior to our receipt, or before shipment of the requested product to you, the 50% non-refundable deposit rule applies and the prepayment/deposit is forfeited. LLTek reserves the right to apply this deposit rule up to 90 days from the deposit date. Transportation from Europe or elsewhere generally takes 30 - 45 days. Special order parts are not always eligible for return even if they fall within the 5 day return policy - even still they are subject to a restocking fee depending on the nature of the part from 28% to 50% at the discretion of LLTeK. If the part is a "made for you" carbon or other exclusive special part, the part is not deemed returnable. See section 6 for more information on carbon fiber parts.

If your product is "on the water", the same 50% deposit rule applies in order to hold the "reservation" for the part.

If certain products are placed in clearance or are special order parts, on special or extra discounts are granted from our current list price, the parts, at our option, are either non-returnable or subject to a 50% restocking fee. Transportation costs to and from the customer are not refundable and incidental return charges such as taxes, duties, import or export costs are not refundable.
Note: parts installed on cars are not eligible for refund nor return.

4.Shipping Damage:
Prior to boxing and shipping, LLTek inspects each product to ensure the product is undamaged and complete with all components. LLTek takes extra care in packaging all products in an attempt to eliminate any shipping damage. In the rare event that a product is damaged during transit, certain procedures to make a shipping claim must be taken. The damaged merchandise must be left in its original packaging. The customer must immediately call the carrier to inform the carrier of the damage and obtain a claim number. The customer must then notify LLTek, and provide us with this claim number. LLTek will then process the claim. Please note a 4 to 8 week time frame for claims processing. Upon the claim being approved and refund being received by LLTek, the customer can, at their option, have the product replaced or have a refund issued.

5. Styling kits and Styling Parts (including front bumpers, side valances and skirts, rear bumpers, rear lower valances, grilles, trunk and window spoilers) and all other components under the classification of styling:
The above components are sold on an "as is, as received" basis from the manufacturer, unless otherwise requested (i.e. LLTek's MatchPaint Program). Parts will be shipped to customers in the condition they are received from the respective manufacturer. Most styling components are either made of ABS plastic or fiberglass or Rim or Purim and/or other similar materials. Some parts are carbon fiber (see section 6) - parts purchased unpainted must be pre-fitted first. Prior to painting and installation, these products may need sanding, filling, priming and fitment adjusting. Certain cars equipped with front and rear parking sensors may require sensor relocation at time of installation. Other modifications may have to be made depending on the car, make and model. LLTek is not responsible for any of these modifications should they be necessary. LLTek is not responsible for accidents due to driver error or product installation. Correct fitment in some circumstances may require shaving, modifications to the car, removal of certain safety equipment, removal of factory side markers or lighting modification etc. We strongly recommend that a professional shop provide installation, paint, modification and service if any is needed.

The vast majority of styling components that are imported by LLTeK for resale are based on European specifications for a particular car model and year. These European models may differ fractionally from their comparitive US or Canadian models. These differences can occur in lighting configurations, bumper dimensions, bumper supports, hitches, parking sensors, headligh and tailgate washer systems. In addition, the car manufacturers may make minor changes year-to-year , or even within a model year. The changes may also involve exterior, interior, motor, suspension, braking or exhaust. LLTeK is in no way responsible for these changes or any alterations needed to the componenets it sells for the purposes of installation. In the event additional costs arise due to differences, those costs will be absorbed by the purchaser and not LLTeK.

6. Carbon Fiber parts and other Handmade parts:
Carbon fiber parts fall into a class by themselves as their production is very labor intensive. Carbon fiber parts are handmade and very expensive to produce. Carbon fiber parts are made one part at a time and are not a mass produced part. The carbon fiber material starts life as a woven product much like any other cloth material. Because carbon fiber is a woven product it contains inherent inconsistence beyond the control of the manufacturer and LLTEK. During production, rigorous standards are applied to produce a strong and durable part that is complementary to the vehicle. LLTEK imports and/or sources product from Germany, Belgium, France, China, Japan, Taiwan, Canada and the United States. Weave patterns within the carbon fiber fabric, gloss or matt finishing and shading may vary from country to country and from one manufacturer to another; and even within the same manufacturer. These variances are beyond the control of LLTEK. During the order process the customer should discuss and talk with LLTEK in case the order is from multiple manufactures. Due to the fact that carbon parts are individually produced one by one and by hand; they are deemed as "special order" and "on demand" produced parts. Carbonfiber parts and other individually produced parts that are made by hand are not eligible for return what-so-ever. Parts that are installed onto a customer's car are never eligible for a return and are considered "used parts". LLTEK inspects all outbound carbon parts and on-demand parts for their suitability, and will not release the part unless it meets LLTEK's rigorous quality standards. LLTek's product line of carbon fiber, on demand and handmade parts covers such makes and models of Audi A3/S3/RS3, A4/S4/RS4, A5/S5/RS5, A6/S6/RS6, A7/S7/RS&, A8/S8, TT/TTS/TTRS, R8, Q3, Q5 and Q7 cars. In addition carbon parts are used on most models of BMW, PORSCHE, MERCEDES and VW; and cover carbon fiber, on demand and handmade parts for both interior and exterior use. Any carbon fiber, on demand and handmade part which is produced in combination with other materials such as plastics, ABS, fiberglass, Purim or or any other composite are also not eligible for return what-so-ever.

7. Paint Match Warranty:
LLTek warrants it will use high quality paints in its paint match program, use accepted computerized documentation for match paint formulas, use high quality computer controlled weighting systems and prepare and finish parts in a high quality manner. All paint process with be carried out in LLTek's internal paint facility. LLTek will not farm out paint to others (front grills etc. may be painted by suppliers). In the event a supplied painted part arrives and there is an appearance of a non match paint process, the part must not be installed on the car. Should the part be installed on the car the part is deemed acceptable. If the part is not installed, the purchaser of the part must call for an RMA number (see 2 above) and to review the problem. At LLTek's option the part is to be returned to LLTek for inspection. Alternatively at LLTek's option LLTek may grant a partial credit of between 50 - 70% of the paint charge as pre-paint preparation has been completed and is not refundable. This includes sanding, priming and pre-paint preparation. Photos of LLTek's painted parts adjacent to other panels is not considered a true comparison as other panels may have been involved in an accident and may have been repainted or may have been subjected to UV deterioration. However on a goodwill basis, LLTek will try to resolve the matter providing many clear photos are sent to LLTek showing the painted part from different angles and under different lighting conditions as compared to the car. Paint match and evaluation is subjective and is dependent on numerous factors consisting of the type of material on which the paint is applied. On a typical car you can have three or more base materials which are painted. Body parts can be steel or aluminum, bumpers front and rear in Eurothane and mirror shells are generally ABS plastic. The same paint applied to all three can result in slightly different shading. Fractional shading differentials may be within accepted tolerances. Car manufacturers follow similar guidelines. LLTek supplies parts from worldwide manufacturers and cannot control the chemical composition of the paint and how it interacts with the part. It is possible that a bleed through effect of chemicals can fractionally alter the finished color. LLTek paints parts all day long. It uses strict quality controls. LLTek uses high quality final finishing steps. Every part is buffed, waxed and compounded before shipment. Painted parts are carefully wrapped with foam, then bubble wrapped and the boxed with air inflated large pillows. This is your assurance the painted part arrives safely and with no damage. LLTek accepts no responsibility for consequential or other damages nor liabilities should a painted part have to be removed and repainted or if a car is at a shop and is waiting for a painted part. Any and all costs related to the inspection and return of the part for evaluation is the responsibility of the customer. In the rare instance a part must be returned, LLTek, at its option, may repaint the part. LLTek will always use a sensible and logical goodwill approach to resolving any difficult issue as it relates to paint.
